  • Once the course is accessed, cancellation will not be allowed.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Payment failure but amount deducted
  • Technical issues preventing course access

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • After accessing course content
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to attend live sessions

4. Refund Process

  • Include transaction ID and registered email

5. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

6. Important Notes

  • Refunds are processed only through the original payment gateway.
